Children's Privacy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

Road Worthy Games is a family road-trip game. We expect children to play it, usually alongside their parents in the car. This page explains, in plain language, what that means for their privacy.

The short version: we don't collect anything from anyone — including children. No accounts, no names sent to us, no voice recordings, no ads, no tracking, no third-party analytics. The game runs on your device.

We collect no personal information from children

Road Worthy does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children. There is nothing to collect: the app has no accounts, no sign-in, no profiles, and no server that stores gameplay.

Player names stay on the device

During setup, the game asks for players' first names so the host, Miles, can address them by name during play. These names:

You may use nicknames or made-up names if you prefer. The game works exactly the same.

The microphone

The game is played by speaking, so it needs microphone access. What matters for children:

No ads, no tracking, no purchases aimed at kids

Content

Game content is written to be family-friendly and suitable for children playing with their parents. If you come across a question you feel is inappropriate for a family audience, please tell us — we will review and remove it.

For parents

A note on the law

Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, we do not require parental consent mechanisms under laws such as Canada's PIPEDA or the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If Road Worthy ever begins collecting information, we will update this page and obtain any consent the law requires before doing so.
